1. What the service is

P-Signal (the "service") is a web application that provides price charts, automatically computed levels, automatically generated analysis and notifications when predefined technical conditions are met on financial instruments. The service is informational.

2. What the service is NOT

The service is not investment advice, a personalised recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, not a fund manager and not a licensed investment adviser. The service does not execute trades, does not connect to your brokerage accounts and has no access to your funds. Every trading decision is entirely yours.

3. Risk warning

Trading financial instruments, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of loss and can cost you the entire amount invested. Historical results, including the statistics shown in your account, do not guarantee and do not predict future results. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Your account

You create an account with a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for the security of your access (including the device on which you registered a passkey) and for activity carried out through your account. An account is for one person; do not share access and do not redistribute the signals you receive. We may suspend an account that shares access, automates content extraction or attempts to interfere with the service.

5. Plans and payment

The service has a free plan and paid plans, with the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is made in cryptocurrency, for a number of months chosen in advance. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends the account returns to the free plan with no further charge. Each invoice carries a unique amount; paying a different amount may delay or prevent automatic identification of the payment.

6. Refunds

Cryptocurrency payments are by their nature irreversible. If the service was not delivered for reasons attributable to us (for example a prolonged outage), write through the contact form and we will review the case individually. We do not refund unsatisfactory trading results - the service delivers information, not profit.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, because of external data providers or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee the delivery of a signal within any particular time, nor that a signal will be generated in any particular period.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the service - the texts, the interface, the logic of the signal engines and the aggregated data - belongs to us. You may use the information for your own trading decisions. You may not redistribute, resell or automatically publish the signals and the content to third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data or indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop at any time by ceasing to use the service and requesting deletion of your account. We may stop providing the service to a user who breaches these terms, returning the paid and unused period.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown above. Material changes are announced in the application before they take effect.

12. Governing law and contact
