GDPR - your rights
Last updated: 2026-08-31
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you concrete rights over your data. Here is what they are and how to use them without having to justify anything.
Your rights
- Access
- You can ask for a copy of every piece of data we hold about you and an explanation of what we use it for.
- Rectification
- If something is wrong or incomplete you can correct it from the account or ask us to correct it.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- You can ask for the account and its data to be deleted. We do it within 30 days at most. Only the financial records that tax law requires us to keep remain.
- Restriction of processing
- You can ask us to stop processing a category of data without deleting the account.
- Portability
- We hand you your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON) so you can take it elsewhere.
- Objection
- You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent
- Where processing rests on consent - for example connecting your Telegram bot - you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
- Complaint
- You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your country of residence.
How to ask
Send the request through the contact form or to (the address appears with JavaScript on — or write through the form), from the e-mail address the account was created with. State clearly which right you are exercising. We answer within 30 days at most; if the request is complex we tell you and may extend by a further 60 days, as the regulation allows. We charge no fee, except for manifestly repetitive or excessive requests.
Automated decisions
The service generates analyses and signals automatically, but these are information displayed to you. We make no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Transfers outside the EU
The application and the data are hosted in the European Union. Some providers (the anti-bot protection, Telegram messaging) may process data outside the EU, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Security incidents
If a data breach occurs that may affect your rights, we notify the authority within 72 hours and inform you directly when the risk is high.
